Privacy Policy

NSA SHIPPING LLC ("NSA Shipping", "we") provides freight forwarding, road transport, courier delivery, cargo handling, property and catering services. Parcels and freight carry the names and addresses of senders and recipients, many of whom have no contract with us. This policy explains how we treat all of them under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", the Law of Ukraine "On Postal Communication" for courier services, and the GDPR.

2. Senders and recipients
We process names, addresses, phone numbers, parcel contents descriptions, declared values and delivery confirmations. Recipients' data is provided by senders; we use it only to deliver the shipment and to contact the recipient about delivery.
3. Secrecy of correspondence
We do not open parcels or documents entrusted to us, except where required by customs or security inspection under the law, or with the sender's consent.
4. Freight and forwarding
Transport documents (CMR, air waybills, bills of lading, customs declarations) contain names and signatures of shippers, consignees and drivers. For international shipments this data is passed to carriers, airlines, shipping lines and customs authorities in other countries, only as needed for the shipment.
5. Drivers and couriers
For our staff we process employment data, licences and working time records, and the GPS location of vehicles during working hours. Clients see shipment status, not a courier's movements.
6. Tenants and catering
Tenants: lease and payment records. Catering clients: event details and contacts. Dietary information is used only for the event.
7. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (customs, tax, postal regulation), legitimate interests (delivering to recipients, security of cargo), and consent where requested.
8. Recipients
Carriers and handling agents, customs brokers and authorities, insurers, payment providers, tax authorities. We do not sell personal data.
9. Retention
- Shipment records: 3 years, or longer where customs law requires.
- Delivery confirmations: 1 year.
- GPS data: 6 months.
- Quote requests: 12 months.
10. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. Recipients may contact us directly. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
